Cormac joined Sambazis Retail Group in 2025, focusing on representing owners and developers in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties nationwide.
Cormac grew up in San Diego and ran Division I cross country and track at the University of Miami, where he was team captain and earned ACC All-Academic honors. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Media Management. His background as a distance runner shaped his mindset — disciplined, competitive, and relationship-driven. Outside of work, you’ll find Cormac running, lifting, hiking, or spending time with his three brothers.
